Temperature Sensitivity 

Our tallow balms are naturally sensitive to temperature changes. In warm weather, they may soften or melt during shipping. In colder conditions, the balm may become firmer in the jar. Please note that shipping and weather conditions are beyond our control.

If Your Balm Melts 

If your product arrives slightly softened or melted, place it in the refrigerator for a short time and stir gently. The whipped texture may not return exactly as before, but the balm will remain just as effective. For products that arrive fully liquefied, please contact our customer service team for assistance with a replacement.

Handcrafted Quality 

Each balm is handmade in small batches, so minor variations in texture or scent are normal. Please also note that our 3 oz balms are packaged in 4 oz jars, meaning the container will not be filled completely. This allows extra space for ease of use and travel.
